Kia Nikole Sutton founded Fee Simple Law in 2019. Prior to establishing Fee Simple Law, Kia founded
Fee Simple Solutions, a business centered on providing a full range of real estate solutions to realtors.

Kia begin her career in real estate over five years ago, starting out as an intern at a top Atlanta real
estate law firm. During her time as a real estate paralegal, she gained the experience needed to open
Fee Simple Law. Kia closes deals throughout Metro Atlanta and Middle Georgia.
When she is not at the closing table, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
