Earnest money should be wired to Fee Simple Law using the wire instructions provided to you by our office. ALWAYS CALL TO VERIFY OUR WIRE INSTRUCTIONS prior to sending any funds to our office.  Our wire instructions will only be sent once and will NOT change.
